Well, eating canned/frozen is better than eating chips, right? One thing that shocked me is that I was looking for packed in juice, but when I read the nutrition facts, packed in syrup was actually LESS sugar. Sometimes I'll rinse my canned fruit for that reason.
For on the go, I like the fruit cups you can get taht are about half a cup. A little pricier per serving, but I also waste less. For smoothies and baking, I prefer frozen fruit. If I have plenty of time, I'd prefer the frozen and thaw it simply because they're generally unsweetened.
