I liked your response Penam87 I am having the same problem but I am not exercising yet. I did that last few times and ended up quitting spark and finally not caring about what I eat. So this time I am sticking with caring and eventually start exercising. I need to find the key to my success

Wishing us successful journey

I agree with Jennilacey, and more nutrient and calorie dense foods like avocado, nuts, nut butter, etc. Even full fat dairy may help, like greek yogurt.

I'm 5'2 108 lbs and I have no problems eating between 1500-2000 cals a day (my maintenance range). Just eat more often. I eat 6 meals a day. You can also choose more calorie dense foods like healthy fats; nuts/nut butters, seeds/seed oils, cook with olive oil/olives, avocado etc.

I see you have a day where you walked for 4 hours? What sort of walking are you tracking? At work? I would only track planned exercise where your heart rate is elevated.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. If you don't want to get bulky, lift heavy!

I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.

I'd question your calorie burn #s a bit. What are you doing for those two hours?

Eating within your calorie range is important for your body to work properly. In addition, you need to eat enough calories to meet nutritional needs, maintain a healthy metabolic rate, and stay energized. Eating too little will actually hurt your weight loss efforts. You might also find that eating six times a day helps you meet your increased calorie needs as well. This article contains a example of a schedule for reference.

Regular exercise is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle and sound weight-loss program but most experts suggest that 60 minutes of exercise each day is enough for optimal health. While a little exercise is a good thing, taking exercise to the extreme can cause serious health issues, even death. This article can help you determine if you have set up a successful fitness plan.

Hmm...I would suggest maybe cutting the amount of time you workout. 2 hours everyday is a but much especially if you're only eating 1200 calories a day. Your body may adjust to it at first but then your body is going to process what you're doing and start storing fat, which will then cause you to lose muscle because you're not giving your body enough energy to work with.
Now as far as increasing your calorie intake, maybe increase your portion sizes or add an extra small meal, maybe add more food options to your current meal? It's a bit hard to give suggestions when we don't know what you're currently eating, so maybe give us an example of what you ate these past couple of days to see what helps.
I honestly think if you keep up your current routine, your body will start to ask for more fuel so you'll start to feel hungrier anyway.

Sorry, but this sounds like a dream I had.

I could be wrong, but this doesn't strike me as a usual (ever?) problem., HERE (!).

Have you tried?:
ice cream
butter
burgers
avocados
bananas
french fies
ice cream smoothies

So I am exercising for 2 hours every day and am burning about 600 calories in those 2 hours. I just started this a few days ago and when I began the website gave me a warning saying I needed to update my fitness setup because I was burning too much for my settings... So I adjusted them. I am still getting the warning even though I am just at 4200/3500 and I am supposed to eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day! I am eating 4 meals a day and am just not getting any higher than 1200 calories (the low end of my previous range).

Does anybody else have trouble meeting your calorie goal? What do you do to fix this? I just am not hungry any more and have no desire to eat the high calorie high fat foods that my husband does...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
