A weight loss plan should be one that fits yours needs and you can implement for the rest of your life. I don't think the 3 day diet uses this approach. For this reason, it would not be an approved weight loss technique.

I have a question for you.

What do you expect to do when this "diet" is over?

Crash dieting is dangerous, doesn't work, and doesn't produce any kind of last results for 99% of the people who try it.

This particular diet claims to make you lose 10 lbs in 3 days. Do you know why it can do that? you're shedding water weight. Continuing it longer than that is not feasible because the human body isn't made to run on that few calories.

The "diet" was created by people trying to cut pounds quickly to meet military standards- not as a lifestyle choice to maintain weight. Most of the people who do this likely gain it all back (and then some) afterwards.

This is dangerous, inadvisable, and when you're done, what next? You haven't addressed the cause of your weight gain, and odds are you'll gain it right back when your body freaks out and realizes it has food again.

You are risking serious complications by following this diet. I advise you stop it immediately and contact a medical professional for advice on how to lose weight in a healthy manner that doesn't involve dangerously low calorie counts that could land you in the emergency room.

I am following this diet with good success wondering if anyone else is doing it as well?

I am on my second round and am doing really good. My 1st round I didn't make the whole 3 days, the 3rd was very hard and I could not eat the toast so I just ate normal.

Has anyone done more then a few rounds?
