Skinny Cows are great, no doubt about it. I go with moderation in all things. So I occasionally eat a Skinny Cow myself; my fav is the chocolate ice cream.
My go to foods, however, for sweet cravings are fresh fruits. Lately, I've been doing a simple fruit salad, combining one apple, one orange and one banana with 1T of honey. Yummmmmmm!!! I can split that into two treats a day and get ALL my fruit requirements in, along with a healthy dose of fibers!!!
Of course, you can add other fruits or switch things out. I had an extra tangerine once that I threw in, or some strawberries, whatever you like.
