I was raised on 2% milk, and that is the milk I like (though, 1% tastes almost the same IMO). I dislike "whole" and I dislike "skim."
When it comes to milk PRODUCTS (cheese, yogurt, etc.) I always buy the "regular" kinds - never ever ever the "low fat" ones. Low fat cheese tastes plasticky to me; no-fat yogurt has a viscous texture that grosses me out. I would SOOOOO much rather eat a smaller portion of something "real" than a big platter of a "reasonable fascimile."

Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
