I got away from all the processed shakes...
They are still processed and bad for your body, plus, I LIKE my $$$$$ LOL
I rather have it in my pocket then give it to someone else if possible..
I find when I eat right more protien, fruits and veggies, I don't need those shakes..
I love making my own shakes with yogurt, chia seeds, real frozen fruits..
Plus its cheaper and more power protein/fiber packed.
