But really, there are dozens and dozens (if not hundreds) of threads that have TONS of ideas on high protein snacks. You might want to do a search to check some of those out. The question seems to be asked almost daily.

those mini single serving cans of tuna, perhaps?

I love the daily reports that are provided and have found out I'm not getting enough protein. What are some easy ways to add protein to the snacks I take to work. I need finger foods mostly - things like yogurt or anything I have to heat up aren't practical in my office.

If you're tired of starting over, don't quit in the first place.
