Your weight loss goal can also affect that. When I first started I accidentally put the wrong year in for my weight goal so instead of 1 year out it was more like 3 and had my calorie range really high for that slow of a weight loss. So if you've checked everything else, check your weight loss goal date, if it's very far out it might be keeping your range high for that.
I too guess that something is entered incorrectly in the information you submitted. Perhaps you clicked yourself as male, or used kilograms for weight not pounds. Please check and update your profile and let us know. Becky SP Registered Dietitian
