I still eat chips and dip, I just make sure I keep the servings small- Often just a single serve bag of chips and a single serve dip.
I like the roasted garlic Triscuits with cheese (babybels), veggies and hummus, or veggies and a low fat dressing or vinegar and oil. Pretzels are good, too, with any of the above. I have started to really love celery and red bell peppers with roasted garlic hummus. The combination just rocks.
