yeahhH!! thank you so much for the suggestions..We didn't have a trader joes, but, I ran right away after seeing these posts and was able to get them at my Walgreens down the street!
The package that I brought, said one TABLESPOON, I thought that was too much so if anyone suggest or have been taking the full tablespoon please let me know if that makes a difference..
Today has been my first day on taking Chia seeds and I lovvvvvvve them.. I took1 teaspoon and added them to my yogurt, there is no taste at all, so that was a huge plus, my daughter had aweful cramps and she took them and she claims that is her favorite cramp medication LOLOL I had no idea it was supposed to cure menstrual cramps
I had also a teaspoon just in my water bottle as well for my gym class as well, and plan on adding one more teaspoon during supper time as well.
This is my first day on it and I usually around 2-3pm I have those hunger hits to where I need to eat something... but so far NOTHING... I been feeling full and satisfied.
No pain cramps for me and I even swear I had a bit more energy as well, I didn't have that afternoon slump either..
I love the fact it has more protein, omega in it...
