I was getting stressed about entering some meals because I used so many healthy ingredients but didn't want to enter them all separately: Things like salad bars, breakfast burritos, stir frys.... Creating a recipe can be a pain, not to mention I don't always do it exactly the same way each time. (I knew I needed to figure out a solution when I started leaning towards eating something in a box because it was easier to log.)
I've learned it's easier for me to create a groups that include the most common way I make each meal, then I can easily delete or add the little alterations I make. I also do this with restaurant meals that I get regularly - especially things like Chipotle, which is almost like a buffet with all the separate ingredients.
Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
