This has been a bit of an off week for me, not keeping up on my cals like i should but trying. I also hurt my calf earlier so havent done the normal workout. Ive been tracking like crazy food and fitness but after my workout today there was a note on my fitness tracker saying i needed to adjust my fitness level based on cal im eating...something like that. i dont want to change my fitness i dont feel like im doing enough as it is. Also i tracked the baseball i played 3 times this week,and gardening which to me didnt seem to athletic or much of a workout, im wondering if those two events threw off my tracker. should i keep my cal intake for a "normal" week of working out or change it and how do i do that ive looked all over and cannot find anything like when i first started to help me measure what i should be doing
