I would double check with your doctor also. How long to fast and what is a "carb" if they said "no carbs". Perfect Health Diet says that veggies "provide only enough glucose for their own digestion", so you don't really need to count them as a carb like you would other carbs, but I would double check.
But one meal w/o carbs is no biggie. Steak and eggs. Nom Nom Nom
