No, this is PERFECT time to eat! Your body needs that energy, and if your in a hurry a granola bar with some fruit is a great fast bfast. I workout first thing in the morning too and used to try waiting until after my shower and getting dressed before having breakfast. I don't do that anymore, and suddenly I have more energy and fewer headaches.
Actually, I think ideally we're supposed to eat a little something BEFORE the A.M. workout, and I know I do work out a little better with some food in me but Monday through Friday I just don't have time for that.
Definitely eat as soon as you can after, though! Even if you are not "hungry" you'll notice a difference in how you feel. :-)
