No, and don't intend to as I'm doing well with the Spark People suggestions!! I'd rather focus on my long term sustainable nutrition plan, even if my weight loss is slower. Slow is good--especially at my age! lol! :)
However, there have been other posts on this topic. In the Message Board Search window, put in 17 day Diet, open in a new window (if needed) and you will find a lot of other posts....
You might also want to check with some of the Spark Coaches for their input.
