NO, all they do is mess with your metabolism. They are not healthy.

Hello, Well, I think that all pills are not bad.. it depends on why you're taking them. For example, my doctor recommended me to drink Orlistat 120mg because my sugar and cholesterol levels were high. But you cannot auto medicate NEVER!

Oh and one more thing...NEVER BUY SUPPLEMENTS FROM AMAZON OR EBAY SITES. THEY HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO HAVE FAKE PILLS ON THERE. ONLY BUY FROM AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR!

I've had good results with ACE! Also heard Skinny Fiber helps as well. Nothing wrong with getting a little extra help as long as you're changing your other habits of course. I'm tired of everyone being anti diet supplement. They're not ALL scam and unhealthy. Many people use them to get over a plateau or to speed things up a bit. They're not magic but they can help you in your journey. And there in no real evidence that says if you lose weight fast you will gain it back fast. Anyone will regain if they return to old habits no matter what way they chose to lose it. Do what you want with your body and money. Don't let others scare you with a bunch of overhyped media crap. I lost 12lbs in one month with ACE, so no one can tell me it's a waste of money or it's unhealthy because I'm perfectly fine!

I'm glad that you realize that patience is a virtue - I hope that you can find how to apply it to yourself:-)

Unfortunately, those who lack that patience and resort to 'quicker fixes' often end up paying the price - by regaining just as fast as it came off :-(

I really enjoy working out and so far my clean eating is going great. I've never approved of diet pills either but I just wanted something to help with my weight loss faster. As you all can notice patience is a virtue I do not possess lol. Thanks everyone! :)

I agree with everyone else. I am totally against diet pills so I highly recommend that you don't take them. My suggestion is to track your food, plan some meals, do some exercises that you like (I know they've been suggested), and go from there. The only thing diet pills are going to do is help in the short-term if you find any that actually work; not to mention the side effects. They aren't regulated by the FDA so who knows what is truly in them.

If you do track, plan, etc, you will fell better in the long-term and you have a better chance of keeping it off. Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not something that should be done for a temporary fix.

I apologize if I'm coming across as rude; I certainly don't mean to be.

Sometimes the way I write can come across the wrong way. I apologize if I offend anyone. I also have a habit of writing LOOOOOOOONG posts. Again, my apologies.

No. Short cuts only hurt you in the long run.

You have to put the hard work in for the results to stick. Anyone who tells you different is misleading you.

Any kind of supplement or diet aid isn't a good choice since it only treats the symptom (excess fat) and not the cause (unhealthy lifestyle), which only you can control.

I would not take diet pills, however I have tried colon cleansing tablets and also lemon grass tea , I prefer mine mixed with green tea equal parts of both, with a splash of lemon & honey , will get you going ( to the toilet that is ) this will clean you out good, then bump up your fiber, beans are good fiber 15 grams in a cup for most, black beans have more , lots of fruits & veggies all low in fat and calories! That should keep you fuller longer. Coffee always gives me that extra pep! emoticon

Keep tracking emoticon 1961

Good Choices as in
Portion Control
Healthy Food Choices
Eating all of your meals (not skipping any)
Getting in exercise

Having patience!

Definitely DO NOT go down the route of Diet Pills - they can be dangerous at worse, and a waste of money at best.
