I'm sorry to hear that you had a breakthrough seizure, but very glad that you are ok.
If you are fairly active, then it looks like a reasonable range for maintaining your current weight. I'm guessing that your doctor and the nutritionist / dietitian are looking at getting your health stabilized as the priority right now, and feel that it would be best for you to maintain your weight for now. Caloric deficits and losing weight can both have an impact on medication levels and how they work, so they may think it best to have a stable caloric intake / weight to work with in order to get your meds working properly for you again.
You really need to talk with your doctor to work out a plan to get your health stabilized again, and figure out when, or if, it would be advisable for you to go back to a calorie deficit to lose more weight.
It can be really disconcerting when you are on such a successful weight-loss streak (kudos on such great work!) and then run in to a set-back like a health issue. Please remember that your health is your priority, and work with your doc to get back to the best that you can be.
Best wishes to you for continuing better health!
Afraid of a colonoscopy? Believe me - they are much less frightening than surgery and chemotherapy.
Colonoscopies allow polyps to be removed before they can become cancer, or let cancers be found before they are too widespread. If you are 50 or older, or have any symptoms, please don't let fear stop you from covering your butt.
