I wondered that I had been cutting too much protein from my diet, so I decided to try making my snacks protein instead of my preferred carbs. I've been going for lite cheese stick wrapped in turkey lunch meat.

I have tried them, and they are a great snack, plus they are so good!!!! :)
As someone else posted, I don't find 100 calories satisfying if I'm hungry, so I don't generally eat a portion that size. When I do, I go for what a jillion people already posted - a banana.
Otherwise, it seems like most kinds of "unhealthy" snacks out there, from cookies to ice cream to you-name-it, are only about 150 calories if you actually eat just one official portion. 3 oreos, a small scoop of ice cream, 6 oz of 2% cottage cheese, a beer, 2% yogurt with its loads of sugar, an ounce of cheese... my day pretty much goes in 130-170 calorie portions. Which do satisfy me. If you made it 4 oz of the cottage cheese, 2 oreos, weigh out less ice cream, though, you'd be at 100 calories. (Going off the top of my head here, I may have numbers a little off - be sure and check for yourself; I noticed a few other posts that don't correspond to what I have entered in the nutrition tracker).

Chapmans frozen yogurt black jack cherry/chocolate, 1/2 cup my treat after dinner!!! so good or chili lime flavored almonds or apple cored out with natural peanut butter mmmmm
those have defonetly pulled me through my dieting days
you know what else goes good with celery, Nutella- the Hazelnut spread. It gives it a different taste, and it has less fat than peanut butter...try it if you like and tell me if you like it. Happy Friday!!!!

banana. it has it's own wrapper that you can peel and eat anywhere- clean hands or not. (i dig in the dirt all day- landscaping etc)
