I wondered that I had been cutting too much protein from my diet, so I decided to try making my snacks protein instead of my preferred carbs. I've been going for lite cheese stick wrapped in turkey lunch meat.

As someone else posted, I don't find 100 calories satisfying if I'm hungry, so I don't generally eat a portion that size. When I do, I go for what a jillion people already posted - a banana.
Otherwise, it seems like most kinds of "unhealthy" snacks out there, from cookies to ice cream to you-name-it, are only about 150 calories if you actually eat just one official portion. 3 oreos, a small scoop of ice cream, 6 oz of 2% cottage cheese, a beer, 2% yogurt with its loads of sugar, an ounce of cheese... my day pretty much goes in 130-170 calorie portions. Which do satisfy me. If you made it 4 oz of the cottage cheese, 2 oreos, weigh out less ice cream, though, you'd be at 100 calories. (Going off the top of my head here, I may have numbers a little off - be sure and check for yourself; I noticed a few other posts that don't correspond to what I have entered in the nutrition tracker).
you know what else goes good with celery, Nutella- the Hazelnut spread. It gives it a different taste, and it has less fat than peanut butter...try it if you like and tell me if you like it. Happy Friday!!!!
