Just discovered this lovely "snack" -- it feels like a meal, but it's exactly 100 calories.

1 baby zucchini, sliced
1 mushroom, sliced
1/2 tsp. coconut oil, warmed (or EVOO, etc.)
spices like salt, black & white pepper, garlic, marjoram, as much flavor as you want!
1 egg

Toss the veggies, oil, & spices together in a little ramekin/baking dish. Bake in 400F oven for 8 min.

Then, crack the egg on top of the veggies and put everything back in for another 8-12 min, depending on how "set" you like your egg.

Enjoy!

25g Red pepper hummus with 50g of carrot sticks
or
1 apple
or
1 small banana
or
1 tbs crunchy wholenut sugarfree peanut butter on cucumber slices (I like it with avocado slices as well but the calories are higher - made with peanuts, salt and oil only)

Seriously? It's still snowing here in MN- winter refuses to leave. I just had a 98% fat free hot dog on a Sarah Lee 45 calorie slice of bread with 1/2 Tbsp of ketchup and mustard for just under 100 calories because I needed something warm.

As we have hit 100' already in AZ, I am enjoying frozen fruit bars at 80 cals.

usually some kind of fresh fruit - occasionally in the colder weather - i will have black tea with two or three cookies - depending on their calorie count.
i like honey and yogurt - but have a big problem with dairy which developed in the past five years - so don't indulge too often.

My a.m. snack is 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 1/2 cup Fiber One. My p.m. snack is an apple and 14 pistachios, which are so amazing because they're good for you, and take FOREVER to eat. Both versions are high in fiber and protein.

Just remember....nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Yogurt is a great snack; I usually default to fruit (banana, apple, pineappple, berries, melon), or grab a cheese stick and a Wasa cracker... I love love love Special K snack bars, too.

Celery stalks!! I have have at least 10 stalks for 100 cal and I can't eat that many.
Greek yogurt with hidden valley ranch dressing mix makes a great high protein dip no fat and a whole cup is 140 (sodium in the dressing mix).

Yogurt (low fat)
20 g of peanuts (~110 kcal)

While it's not necessarily filling, I do love to have a nice chai latte or caramel cafe from my Keurig machine. They're usually about 60 calorie a cup.
