I agree. 100-cal snacks are just a teaser to me...besides the fact that many of the pre-packaged ones have very little real nutritional value. I need 200-300 cal's in a snack to really feel satisfied and hold me over to the next full meal. A full serving of almonds + a hard-boiled egg is my snack of choice this week. Or, sub the egg with a glass of plain kefir sweetened with a bit of stevia. Mmmmmm.............

I have had almost every 100 cal snack. I haven't eaten them since I started back on Spark at which I am succeeding this time. They eventually make me go bulimic on them as they are not enough. I have to eat at least 150-200 cal for my snack to be full and satisfied. This time around I am letting Spark tell me what to eat every meal and every snack and I am doing much better. I cannot be trusted on my own and right now I have to do it their way. I wish I could grab a brownie or the popcorn but I am too weak or something.

I need the strength to continue on....

1 cup coconut milk - 80 calories and rich in calcium.
It gives me that rich flavor without a lot of calories and good for what I lack.

Also love one or two (they're small this yr) tangerines - esp the Cuties.

Raw veggies mostly. You can usually eat a lot of them before hitting 100 calories and no artificial junk you'r better off without.

Particularly I like red bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.

Put Black Grapes and red strawberries - look stunning - taste fantastic. I take them to places that might be having potato chips and high calorie snacks. I put them in a bowl next to the high calorie snacks. I do not feel deprived - in fact everyone else leaves the chips and eats my snacks.

I am doing it - I am really doing it. No regrets - I am going to leave it all on the floor

I have recently discovered Better N Peanut Butter in the chocolate flavor. It's peanut butter...made from peanuts...but low fat. It's 100 calories and 2 grams of fat for 2 T. If I'm craving chocolate, I have a spoonful of that! so that is only 50 calories. Kind of reminds me of the center of a Reese cup.

I like the ideas of others, I also use fiberone bars (90 cal) or brownies. For additional whey I use shake by medifast with fresh fruit (a bit over 100). For additional fruits and veggies I do apple or grapefruit sometimes with a bit of sauce - hummus.
