I'm with two other Posters:
Fudgescicle! I go for the Healthy Choice--100cal; 16 carb 5 FIBER & 4 protein. emoticon

That's my favorite "treat' type snack; when I'm being a bit more disciplined: its half a Zone Bar; or a hardboiled egg; or almonds and a few dried apricots.

For low cal snacks I eat fruit, my snacks are typically a little more than 100 calories. Fruit and cheese sticks or hummus and veggies. If I've done strength training I like a protein drink ( my favorite is Myoplex Lite)

I like to take a Wasa cracker, spread it with a little bit of whipped cream cheese or whipped Greek yogurt cream cheese (like Green Mountain Farms), and top with sliced radishes. Read it in a book of 100 calorie snacks a few years ago and it has become a go-to snack for me.

I keep Dole fruit cups on hand for when I don't have fresh fruit, ~60 calories. I've promised myself to snack only on fruit, veg, or protein, nothing starchy.

Just a few of my favorites (I'm a snacker, due to my mid-afternoon tummy-rumbles):
An apple, cut in thin slices...nice and crunchy!
A Thomas' Better Start Light english muffin and a laughing cow light cheese wedge (135 calories, I know, but still...) - add a slice of tomato for a little something extra...
A reduced fat cheese stick or string cheese (around 70-80 calories) and a handful of cherry tomatoes (with a little lemon pepper sometimes, yum!)
A Special K snack bar (90 calories)--the chocolatey pretzel flavor is great for a chocolate craving!
100 calories worth of cheerios (or a handful, and some berries with it...)
A peach and a 4-oz container of nonfat cottage cheese (also great with fresh pineapple)
A handful of almonds (about 14-16 is 100 calories)
Cucumber salad is a good snack, too...
Nature Valley 80-calorie squares and a handful of grapes...

The possibilities are endless!! I find that fruits and veggies are the way to go, since you get the most food for your calorie 'buck'.

I love Brownies and chocolate, and sometimes get the craving. I find a PowerBar can really hit the spot (I eat the high protein, 20g of protein bar). They have a Fudge Brownie flavour and Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour that I like. A full bar is about 200cal, 20g of protein, but I usually eat just a half bar, which really satisfies my craving.

If I'm very hungry but don't want to eat a meal yet, I go for a cup of warm fat-free chocolate milk or, if I don't have chocolate, plain fat-free milk with a drop of vanilla and a little sweeter in it. If I'm more tired than hungry I go for an orange. I also like tuna with light mayonnaise on whole wheat saltine crackers, 5 make a snack. When I'm craving chips, I peel and thinly slice and apple and salt it just a bit (don't tell the High Blood Pressure group).

Greek Yogurt has gotta be the best snack period for 100 calories. No fat, you can get it gluten free, and a good amount of protein.

Otherwise it's Ostrim Beef Jerky.

I find that I'm most satisfied if snacks are built around veggies and/or protein. If I eat something high on the glycemic index -- like popcorn or chips -- on its own, even if it's a small portion, I'll be tired, cranky, and hungrier than when I started out.

My 100-calorie go-tos: 2 tablespoons of hummus with a half cup of carrots, a hard-boiled egg with nori or a pickle or some plain veggies, a small apple with a portion of low-cal cheese (Babybel, Laughing Cow, etc.), half a cup of spicy tomato lentil soup (usually when I'm hungry at bedtime), a half cup of peas with a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese mixed in,

That said, I'm not a big snacker these days. I recently started ignoring that "you need to eat something every couple of hours" adage, and it's been going really well. I've had fewer cravings and felt full longer.

Home made veggie soup. Whilst it's not exactly a snack in terms of being easy and portable it's great to have some individual portions in the freezer. It's a great way to up your veggie intake and it takes a while to eat, which always helps me with cravings.
