Bloating and stomach pain is nothing to mess around with. It would be a good idea to visit a doctor

The book states that if you have less than a .5 lb weight loss that you are reactive to a food. So, probably the goat cheese.

Since you suffer from bloating and stomach pain, with other health issues. It would be a good idea to visit a doctor.

Depending on how tall you are 114 may be a good weight for your body

This diet plan while popular is not based on weightloss scientific evidence. From what you describe, a great deal of your weight loss in the first few days was water weight loss (state of dehydration). You body has since rehydrated.

Your best bet would be to ask on the SparkTeam devoted to this diet. Because it's not a plan that SP recommends or endorses, we're not the best source of advice. :)

Weight naturally fluctuates day-to-day. It's a vital sign, and such fluctuations are normal.

Hi there-

I am curious if anyone can help me out. I am on day 5 of "The Plan." The main reason I started was because I have been having a ton of bloating and stomach pain along with other health issues. I liked Lyn-Genet's approach: "The Plan is not a diet, it is a way for you to learn about how your body reacts chemically to foods, and to improve your overall health and vitality."

I lost 3 lbs in the first 3 days of the cleanse by eating her least reactive food recipes. I started out at 117.5 lbs and now I'm 114.5 lbs. My question is, I completed day 4 yesterday and woke up today weighing the EXACT same weight. Not gaining an ounce and not losing either. What does this means? Were yesterdays foods ok for me or is this considered to be reactive?

Thanks for your help! :)
