My personal favourites are:
Hemp Hearts --- 30% RDA for 30g --- I add them to cereals, salads, baked goods, and casseroles. They have a very light, almost sweet grassy flavour.
Blackstrap Molasses --- 19.4% RDA for 1 Tbsp --- I use it in sauces for meats and stirfries, as well as use it as a sweetener in almost anything. It has a very strong flavour which I enjoy, but a lot of folks have an issue with it.
Quinoa --- 15% RDA for 1/4 cup uncooked --- I use it to replace rice, make salads, add to soups, or in cereal.
Dark Chocolate --- 10% RDA for 30g --- as if chocolate needed any other reasons to be eaten!
Almonds --- 7.2% RDA for 30g
