The most noticeable thing to me was hyper-processed white bread/buns. A few years ago, I wouldn't have thought twice about having a Sara Lee dinner roll (or 3). Now they taste like pure sugar to me.
I was also talking to a coworker yesterday about how much less salt we need. I used to use a ton of the stuff. If I used now what I used then, I wouldn't be able to eat the food. Now I enjoy the flavor of what I'm actually eating instead of just the flavor of salt.
