as becky rightly pointed out, if u are not new to walking u may try 5miles a day.what is important is how u feel at the end of it.for some 3miles might be a good enough workout while for more experienced people 6-7 miles might do the trick.so find out what is ur threshold for a great workout..
also this being your last 20lbs it might not come off that easily.so just be patient and take it slow... after having come so far ,this shudnt b hard at all ...
i wud suggest trying different cardios on different days just to keep the variety...
