Of course! 100 calories is nothing, and will likely not affect your weight loss in any way. At most, it'll put you in maintenance range. Remember that the range you have is for *weight loss* - going over by 100 calories is not, as the previous poster suggested, going to cause weight gain.
One thing I would caution you not do is to exercise as an attempt to out-exercise a bad choice. It's okay to have a treat, or even plan to go over your calories now and again, but don't "punish" yourself by exercising more than you normally would.
If it's your regularly scheduled exercise, then go for it.
