Many typical foods are already listed by SparkPeople or by other members. Beware! Some foods entered by other Sparklers may not be recorded correctly! You can also look at the nutritional information on your box or bag and enter that data yourself.
You can also enter whole recipes, or use the recipes available in SparkRecipes. The ones that you save will come up in the fourth orange tab on your right and you can enter them right into your tracker.
