Just pick any of the other hot chocolates. Pick the one with lowest calories if it makes you feel good. :) Or just pick a mid-range one.
Unless this is an item you're going to have 3 a day of, every day, it's not that important to get it absolutely right.
And if it is something you plan to have often, try googling the brand name and the word 'calories'. :)
