Have you regained any of the weight you have lost?
For me personally, I am on maintenance and I eat between 1,000 - 1,200 calories, 60+ grams of protein, 100-150 carbs, and fat under 50.
That is what works for me, but you may be different which is why it is important to get with your team to discuss your specific needs.
My RD told me not to worry about calories so much as to worry about protein.
