Yes, I agree that it was the "on the wrong foods" factor that left you unsatisfied.
When I had to go on a road trip and rely on "fast food" and restaurant fare for a couple days, I found the same thing - I consumed the same amount of calories or a bit more than "usual" - but was ravenous. Why? Lack of veggies and other complex carbs! Too many refined/simple carbs - they pack a calorie punch but burn off fast and leave me hungry.

Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
