I've cut back severely on my starches....
I limit myself to beans, oatmeal, and brown rice (or parboiled rice) in limited quantities.
But for snacking I've developed a fondness for hot air popcorn
plain ... no salt....using a hot air popper.
I make 3 tbsp at a time.
is having this as an evening snack not recommended because it's carbs?
does it get converted to fat because it's a starch and I'm not going to be active afterwards?
