I have been loving my tea, lately! Been exploring the vast universe of flavoured teas. For tea-bag style, I like Stash Chocolate Mint. Plus I drink a lot of loose tea (from Teaopia/Teavana, Davidstea, and a local tea shop in my town)... i find that the rooibos blends are very naturally "sweet and almost creamy tasting" and I have found that I like mint tea (got a nice oolong/spice/mint blend in my teapot right now actually) as well as chai blends... over the past months I've been decreasing the amount of milk/sugar I add - some teas I now drink (even prefer) straight up, some though just cry out for a bit of milk or sweetness...
Some of them really do help serve as a "replacement" for a sweet snack. Salted Caramel tea, for example, tastes and just SMELLS so good...
