First off, stop beating yourself up. I am a total believer in confidence. I have seen it in myself. No matter how hard I tried or crazy workouts I did, if I put myself down because I didn't fit into my jeans or just felt fat, my health suffered, both physical and mental.
When I use positive thought, I find my workouts more effective and much more willing to eat better. If I put myself down, I'm racing toward the potato chips and McDs. You are your toughest critic and if you put yourself down and hate yourself, who do you have to lift you back up and give you the confidence you need to be the best you?
If you don't have the space to workout, focus on nutrition.
In your semi, pack a cooler with cold water, carrots, apples, veggies, string cheese, turkey sandwiches, etc. Carry almonds, tortilla chips, etc.
At home, the crockpot can be a great thing for eatting better! When the weather gets better, break out that grill and make some chicken or fish.
Everyone goes thru ups and downs but you can't win if you aren't on your side, know what I mean?
