Hey all, got a question. I bought a can of pineapple cubed pineapple that was in its own juice. I drained all the juice out and put that in a separate container in the fridge, so what are the nutritional facts of just the pineapple without it's juice? I'm assuming it would be less since a lot of the fruit sugars went out with the substantial amount of juice I now have saved for smoothies :) Gonna use the chunks for a personal pizza and cook with some pork chops so I didn't want all the excess fluid for those.
I'm 5'8" stinks being shorter
Summer 2011- 215 lbs. Peak weight
Christmas 2011- 200 lbs
Start of summer 2012- 170 lbs
September 2012- Made my goal of competing at feather weight for Bjj (under 149 with a little water cut)
Now I'm just trying to maintain around 152ish to leave me in easy cutting range. Also trying to relax and eat more like a normal person now, balancing enjoying life and staying healthy.
