After childbirth, I had muscle problems, too. Mostly just peeing when I sneezed, coughed, or exercised. First, I told my regular ob/gyn. She sent me to a specialist - a pelvic reconstructive surgeon - who did a full workup on me. My problems were worse than I (or my regular doctor) could have known about, and without a proper diagnosis, there would have been devastating consequences. (I won't go into too much detail here, but feel free to message me.)
This is a medical condition that you should be discussing with your doctor and getting good referrals for. Make sure you find a doctor that will help you and not treat you like you're overreacting.
It's far too common for people to act like this is just normal and expected and if you sqeeze your groin muscles a few times a day you should be fine, and if it doesn't get better, too bad, wear some pads. Two years ago, I couldn't walk without leaking. Now I can sneeze with a full bladder and not worry. There is no reason to accept this as normal. There is help.
