I am not sure what plan you are on or how much flax seeds you are eating. But it is important to remember that when you are eating high fiber food such as flax seeds you have to drink lots of water/fluids.
Also, it is common to lose fairly quickly at first as it is water weight that comes off. Then the weight loss slows down. Some fluctuation in weight is also caused by lack of bowel movement. I am not sure how many calories is allowed on your plan. But being on very low calorie diet can also cause a slow down as our metabolism adjust to decreased food availability. But don’t despair, keep working on it and as long as you are on a healthy plan eventually it will click and the body will start cooperating.
