Coke Zero's fine. There's differing opinions on artificial sweeteners, ranging from "completely harmless" to "omg it's going to kill you."
I'm of the opinion that it's fine in moderation. There's no evidence that a diet soda now and again is going to kill you, and as long as you're not drinking that ALL day, every day, it's not going to hurt you.
With that said, it has NO nutritional value, and water is still your primary focus. Brush your teeth after drinking it, because it's acidic and can damage your teeth (like any soda.)
Other options for caffeine:
Coffee (I use stevia to sweeten both)
Dark Chocolate (practically a health food!)
