I'm beginning to notice a strange pattern. Per the spark coaches advice, I stopped running every day and now go every other day since I'm still new at running and definitely want to avoid shin splints and other non-fun side effects :)
Anyway, I have noticed that on the days I don't run, I am actually hungrier than on the days I do....seems like it should be the opposite, but like right now, I am already over my calorie range ( only by like 20) but I'm sitting here fighting the temptation to go back to the kitchen! didn't have this problem yesterday when I ran the hardest I ever have ever! Weird.
As a side note, I haven't been doing no exercise at all today....I actually did a bunch of yardwork and one of spark's cardio videos, but nothing compared to what I do on my running days. Haven't done any strength training today. (Yet...maybe I should)
