I just had a wee peek at your Nutrition Tracker, and have a question:
Do you enter EVERYTHING into it?
I ask this because this last week there appears to be a very sudden calorie reduction most days, and some days you have done a fair bit of exercise and on a couple occasions haven't reached even 1200 calories, even tho' you have done a lot of exercise.
I found that when I dropped my calorie consumption initially (and it was only 250-450 calories) I had to go back up and work down gradually because I was suffering nausea, including being woken with it, and also suffering light-headedness and hunger pains. By going down in small increments of 50 cal's, and allowing my body to get used to it, the problem resolved.
I ALWAYS allow a late night snack, because otherwise I will have issues, too! The snacks are generally banana and protein based, or a good quality whole-grain piece of toast with a mashed banana or protein spread on it.
