Go to your nutrition tracker and click the button "Change Nutrition Goals" - it's down near the bottom of the page. Now select "edit" for the fat line, and change your goal to whatever number or range your doctor recommended.
If you are using the Spark meal planners, you might have to do some adjusting to replace some of the fats with lower-fat choices. Probably since this is at your doctor's recommendation, you should nevermind about the pre-set spark meal plans, and instead follow whatever nutrition advice your doctor gave you (or get a referral to a dietitian or nutritionist, who can help you set up some suitable menus to meet your fat goals).
