if you tracked the beans and escarole separately in the nutrition tracker then the olive oil is not included. I would measure or estimate the amount you use- the reason I suggest measuring is because i quickly realized what i thought was a splash was more like 2 teaspoons! And though olive oil is good for you, massive quantities aren't :P
You other options are to make a food grouping for common things you make, or to enter it on sparkrecipes!
