I think if you like it and it fits into your meal plan.... go for it. It is recommended that we limit our servings per day of juices etc, and water should be our main source of hydration. If you're talking about having one glass a day at breakfast, instead of regular orange juice-- and you like it-- I don't see anything wrong with it.
Trop 50 uses "PureVia", which is from stevia, to sweeten it at less calories. Stevia comes from a plant; yes it's processed, the powder or extract doesn't just come out of the squeezed leaves. But it's got advantages over artificial sweeteners like aspartame etc. I've heard a couple people describe Trop 50 as tasting like Tang. I've never tried it but when I was a kid I really liked Tang so who knows.
The commercials on tv for Trop 50 are rather deceiving-- they imply that by drinking it, you'll look like you've had plastic surgery or something. Ridiculous!
We each get to choose how we're going to approach our own healthy lifestyle; what we'll eat and drink etc. Some people only drink fresh-squeezed, some drink "premium" juices, some use concentrates, some use Trop 50. And some choose never to drink juice at all. It's a personal choice.
