If you plan on burning more calories than Spark's suggested amount on a regular weekly basis you can go to your "fitness tracker" and then "fitness setup". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and there should be a question on whether or not you know how many calories your burn per week. Just enter the amount you plan on burning weekly and Spark will automatically adjust your calorie range.

If you intend to go way over that, then probably yes. There's ways to manually fine-tune your intended exercise level and some other things, and SP will then recalculate your calorie range based on it.

My recommended calorie intake is 1250-1550 calories a day. My weekly excersise is to burn 650 calories. If I excersise more, burning more, should I increase my calorie intake?
