Unfortunately, I think turning to food for comfort is a recipe for trouble later on. Emotional eating is one of those things that got a lot of us to where we are.
However, I think your best bet would be to focus on a balanced diet with plenty of whole foods and fruits and vegetables. The healthier you are on the inside, the easier it will be for you to fight the anxiety.
I wish I could be more helpful; my husband struggles with crippling anxiety, too.
THe only food I can really think of that's helpful for a sour stomach is ginger; nothing soothes his stomach like a ginger ale does. ;)
