I'm realizing that I really crave sugar. I literally CRAVE chocolate, ice cream, cookies, etc, etc.
I suppose this is normal, but I'm not sure how to combat it. I don't want to cut entire sections of food out of my diet - otherwise I think I will feel really deprived and go into the dieting (always hungry) mentality. Here's the thing...I can make fairly good choices otherwise, but when it comes to sugar. Wow. It's like there is little/no self control there.
Any helpful ideas?
