Today is my 4 month anniversary of when i quit smoking cigarettes. Dont ask me why I know the day haha. Since i quit i have been able to walk and even run and do cardio without running out of breathe within the first 10 seconds. I can also breathe better in general. I get heartburn less and my breathe doesnt smell like cigarettes anymore :)
Anybody else quit smoking? How long has it been?
Quitting is a great thing and I congradulate others who have done the same, its hard but sooo worth it.
Also is there anyone who currently smokes cigarettes? How does it effect your workout? How do you feel overall?
