What flavors and seasonings are you currently using? You can mix up your own versions of them yourself and that way you can control the amount of salt (if any) included.
Ive used some blends from http://wellnessmama.com/4430/14-homemade-spice-blends/ and from various other locations. I generally cut the salt called for significantly...maybe use a third of it or less. Eventually Id like to omit it altogether. One other benefit is that making your own spice blends is generally cheaper than buying them pre-mixed.
