He really did give us the basics and is always available for questions. I was just looking for some fun twists that maybe others had found on similar diets. I have already found a way to make "muffins" that fit into my diet plan using yogurt, pumpkin, oat bran and eggs with some spices for flavor. I just need some more ideas like that to round out a more varied diet.
I was wondering if anyone had tried things like the kale chips I have heard about and if so how they make them or do they buy them.
I found some oat bran crackers in a little British food store that fit in also. I would just like to find more fun and interesting snacks or mini meals that will keep me from becoming bored and more inclined to slip back into bad habits.
