Today I wanted a taco, but I just ran out of whole wheat tortillas yesterday, I reached for the bread but realized it is only 50% whole wheat. So I went to sparkrecipes... I found a recipe called "easy whole wheat flatbread" It was extremely easy to make and didn't come out hard as a rock like most whole wheat things i make homemade. I put tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper on top of the flatbread with some roasted chicken and topped it with a bunch of fresh lettuce. It was reallly goood.
