You can track your cholesterol on your nutrition tracker and learn which foods are higher in cholersterol. Also, avoiding alcohol seems to improve cholesterol. When choosing meats, choose lean cuts of beef, white meat turkey and chicken and try to incorporate one or two meatless days during the week. Fish is usually low in cholesterol.
